New clients, family members, and loved ones often ask a number of questions about aspects of treatment at kathy ireland® Recovery Centers. We provided answers for the most common ones below.
How Long Are Treatment Programs?
The length of treatment varies depending on the needs of the client. You may need only a few weeks to work through any light symptoms or you may require months of care multiple times a week. We do everything in our power to ensure each client receives the right level of care for their unique needs. Talk to a care specialist today to get an estimated timeline based on your current health and treatment expectations.
What Treatments Are Offered?
We adapt our programs to fit the needs of our clients by making sure they get the types of treatment and support that they need. Our options include psychotherapy, psychiatric services, and medication-assisted treatment, including:

  • Group counseling
  • Individual counseling
  • Medication management
What If I Need to Transition to Inpatient Treatment?
Our outpatient programs may not offer the in-depth, long-term treatment required for some individuals. Our clinical care team has the flexibility to recommend you to an inpatient program that is clinically appropriate to meet your needs. Your health and safety are our top priority.
Can My Family Come With Me?
Family is an essential part of many clients’ support systems therefore we encourage family members to participate in a positive way. Our therapists and case managers work to incorporate willing family members into the treatment process where they find it useful for the client.
Do You Offer Continuing Care?
Aftercare, also called continuing care, is a critical part of recovery and takes place after you complete your treatment program. Continuing care looks different for everyone but usually includes the following:

  • One-on-one therapy
  • Local self-help or recovery support groups, including 12-Step meetings
  • Routine medical check-ups
  • Ways to engage with your community in a positive way such as volunteering or joining a sober peer group

Our team works to ensure that no one leaves our programs without a solid aftercare plan in place and knowledge about local community resources.

What Insurances Do You Take?
